Description
As a Customer Success Manager at Kissi & Co, you'll be a key advocate for our clients, working collaboratively across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing guidance on product usage, and proactively addressing any challenges to ensure overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- •Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- •Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and concerns.
- •Understand client goals and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- •Provide product demonstrations and training sessions as needed.
- •Monitor customer health and engagement, taking preventive measures to ensure satisfaction.
- •Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- •Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- •Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- •Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Bonus
Experience with customer success platforms or CRM tools. Certification in customer success or related fields.
